Essar Steel Algoma's Code of Business Conduct has been developed within the context of the Company's defined corporate culture and core values and sets out the standard of behaviour required of every employee.  This Code also serves to inform suppliers, customers and other stakeholders of the standard of fair and ethical conduct one can expect from every interaction with Algoma.
