EAF Update: Installation of the First 570-ton Danieli Group Crane

We have achieved another significant milestone in our Electric Arc Furnace (EAF) journey as we completed the installation of the first of two 570-ton Danieli Group cranes in our EAF building.

The second crane is scheduled to be installed later this winter. During the construction, the cranes will support the installation of EAF equipment. Once the EAF is commissioned, the cranes will move scrap into the furnaces that will be recycled into steel and will also move the furnace shells for relining.
